"declaration of authorship" option to translate title, where to place it and option to add line for signature

Adding an option in the "Thesis Online" template under language to change the translation of "declaration of authorship" (or in the document).
Moreover an option to place the declaration at a chosen point or at the end of the document.
It would also be nice to have an option to add a line for a signature. Using the table function for this provides a usable but not optimal looking solution.
