Support plain Bibtex import next to Zotero

For now references can only be imported from Zotero. A generic Bibtex import would make the app work with a lot of other reference managers.

This is already possible:

click on "Insert" -> "Citation" -> "Find Citation" -> "Manage Reference Sources" -> "configure new refrence source". There you can select Bibtex and past the file content into the dialog.
